This is Clay with Duck.  Duck is an undead duck.  He was Clay's original familiar, until (at her request) Duck got replaced by a currently unnamed kitsune who I can't draw.  But we will always remember Duck.  And love Duck.  And miss Duck.  For Duck tastes good with Duck sauce.  I'll shut up now.
